è un soprannome per gli abitanti di Reggio Emilia (Reggiani), che può essere usato sia in tono scherzoso che offensivo (ma questo soprattutto un tempo e se pronunciato in dialetto: "Arzan da la testa quédra!" = "Reggiano dalla testa quadra!" .
ovviamente era in tono scherzoso! :haha:
