Direi che si commenta da solo una volta visto,diffondete...sono situazioni inconcepibili,e sopratutto presenti in qualsiasi città italiana.

I "lavori in corso" che si vedono nel servizio sono in via Buenos Aires a Milano,e sono iniziati tempo fa,giusto per essere onesti.
