esatto confermo...
un numero voip non è come un account skype che crei e vai. Il numero per poter uscire su rete pubblica deve essere registrato su un server gestito dall'isp che ti da la possibilità di poter girare su rete gsm, pstn ip ecc...
quindi praticamente, solamente con un telefono voip ci fai poco niente.
