have heard back from UK mail on Friday, it looks like they have lost the item in Italy, absolutely great - as they didn't let either of us know. There will be a fresh one sent out to you tomorrow at the cost of UK mail, once we have tracking details we will email these to you.

I've already seen it

but as usual i've not received my harness bar.

The expected delivery date was 23/12/2011, today is 09/03/2012: there are 3 months of difference!!!
