Da alcuni giorni ho un fastidiosissimo formicolio del pollice ed indice della mano destra.
Ho scoperto che sono i sintomi tipici della sindrome del tunnel carpale.
In rete ho trovato un video su alcuni esercizi di stretching da fare per un immediato sollievo, se almeno i disturbi sono alla fase iniziale e comunque non grave.
Se può tornare utile...
