The problem with doing something right, consistently; is that it becomes expected and garners little attention. But when we get an e-mail that starts with: "18 months on the attached tune. 54,000 miles with the Cosworth, 90,000 total miles on the car. With your tune we have proven all the naysayers wrong....time for more power" it is as rewarding as it gets! Knowing the number of trackdays, and the setup of this car; it is amazing to hear this even with the quality tuning ! The NC MX-5 is a PHENOMENAL platform for forced induction when tuned correctly ! The others are just starting off before where we were 18 months ago ! Our own NC is STILL pushing over 300whp on the same STOCK open-deck-aluminum-powder-cast-10.8:1 CR motor--at 14 psi!
