Non esiste alcuna "circolare" dato che essa non ha valore legale.

L'obbligo e tutte le relative caratteristiche di posizione e angolazione della targa sono contenute nel regolamento di esecuzione al Codice della Strada.

Come un vero testone ho voluto provare oggi...
e, siccome la sfiga ci vede benissimo, dopo 20 minuti incrocio i Ghisa che mi fermano...
parole povere.. mi hanno lasciato andare solo perchè ero vicino a casa.. ed ho inventato una scusa... (la targa è dal carrozziere che mi ha riverniciato il paraurti... domani la rimonto.. IMHO)
morale..
subito rimontata.. e non credo di toglierla più..
