ti suggerirei di ridurre in larghezza la porta, spostare la vasca mettendola con il lato corto attaccata alla parete (allargata) della porta, mettere bidet e water in parata nella parete dove sta la vasca verso la finestra, spostare il termosifone in ghisa mettendolo vicino alla porta, mettere il lavandino di fronte al water/bidet nella stessa parete dove sta ora, eventualmente installare uno scaldasalviette alto di fianco al lavandino verso la finestra, installare una doccia nell'angolo della finestra (dove prima c'era il termosifone in ghisa).
Non so che ritmi di vita tu faccia... ma io ho sia la vasca idromassaggio che la doccia.... ed in 3 anni credo di aver fatto il bagno in vasca più o meno 5 volte....
