That correct. First 5/6 years it was barely used. But from 2011 it probably had another owner who did drive around 30000kms with it. Ive tried to contact previous seller from Italian advertisement via email to verify mileage of the cas when it was for sale there, but unfortunately didnt receive any repsonse.
Regarding OBD II: Im affraid that if the mileage has been modified, it has been also modified in ECU and OBD will show nothing Undecided
