non sono confiscati : semplicemente chi li compra li deve tenete tutti insieme e sul territorio italiano.

Se il compratore è un privato poi beve tenere i beni a disposizione della collettivita per mostre o studi.

In definitiva il compratore in questi casi è quasi sempre un museo o fondazione di pubblico interesse.
