se sfoca è perchè ti droppa la qualità al minimo, connessione "ballerina" o con qualcosa in background/altri devices connessi/wireless lentino

Non capisco perché sullo smartphone con la stessa connessione WiFi tutto ok..... sul pocket pc Android collegato alla TV (che utilizzo sempre x vedere film in streaming) invece vedi x 10 secondi tutto ok, poi continua ma sfocato!
