MIA DOMANDA (non rompete le palle per l'inglese):
Hi Everybody,
I'm Roberto from Italy.
I want to improve the handling of my Miata (NB FL, 1800, with standard,
not Bilstein shocks), but I can't lower it, due to my garage point of
access.
So I think the best solution is to change just the shocks with some
better. This gets to my questions:
- Have you experienced coupling Tokico Illumina with stock springs?
- Does the system work properly, without compromising handling of the
car or shortening the life of the shocks?
- Do the Tokico shocks lower the car, even without changing the springs?
Thanks in advance for any help
Bye
Roberto
LORO RISPOSTA:
Hi Roberto,
The shocks themselves will not lower your car and they will work fine
with stock springs, if that is all you can use. Way better than the
stock shocks and longevity will not be compromised by using stock
springs. I think you would like them.
