E' un problema noto. In pratica è una vite del tergi che ha la guarnizione difettosa. A me è successo dal lato passegero. Non sono risucito ad arrivare a tale vite e pertanto ho risolto in maniera provvisoria "tappando" il foro di entrata con dello scotch dal lato abitacolo.
Su miata.net è spiegata la procedura per arrivare a tale vite e sigillare il foro malefico. Devi cercare "water leak foot". Fammi sapere se riesci a capire come fare che agisco anch'io
Grande! Leggendo i vari thread sono arrivato per vie traverse a questo thread:
Parlano anche delle guarnizioni di spugna, tipo quelle cagose che ho trovato anche per sigillare il terzo faro dal baule. In pratica quando rimossi il terzo faro, dovetti per forza di cose rompere quella guarnizione e probabilmente quando mi cambiarono il parabrezza fecero anche loro qualche cosa di simile.
Ma può anche darsi che abbia tradotto male dall'inglese e non ho capito una cippa.
Le istruzioni citate dal tizio che ha risolto sono:
1. The black plastic cowl under the windscreen (outside) has 2 small oval covers on either side, remove them.
2. You'll see a screw under there - this was the leak point.
3. Remove the screws, wiper arms, washer nozzle hoses etc. so that you can remove the entire cowl.
4. You'll see a plastic plug in the body which those screws tap into.
5. The plastic plugs have a sponge gasket under them. One of mine was soaked and from looking underneath I could clearly see that the leak was coming from there. The sponge gasket is crap and when you think about it, the screw will actually pull up on the plug/gasket and actually reduce the seal.
6. Remove the plug and throw the gasket in the bin.
7. Drink a beer.
8. I cut a new gasket from automotive trim double sided tape. Which is also spongy but importantly it sticks!
9. Refit the gasket & plug and press firmly for a real seal this time.
10. As an extra, I also then covered this with a strip of good quality duct tape I had laying around.
10. Refit the cowl and those screws will simply self tap through the tape(s).
Mi manca la parte primaria... rimuovere i tergicristalli! Ho letto di un altro tizio su NA che svitata la vite non riusciva a rimuoverli. Dice che devi fare una manovra per sbloccarlo, tipo tirarlo verso di te e poi boh, ho letto veloce e non ho approfondito piu di tanto. Stasera ci riprovo se non è troppo buio.
