Intanto prova a smontarlo e lavarlo bene, magari sotto il rubinetto, poi se proprio non vengono via le macchie puoi provare col polish.
Toglierlo non è difficile, se ricordo bene ci sono 2 viti sotto e basta, le togli e tiri la palpebra verso di te.
