lo style bar è diverso dal frangivento. Il primo è simile al roll bar ma non ha funzioni protettive ma solo estetiche. Il secondo serve solo a riparare dall'aria.
Il frangivento può essere sia montato indipendentemente dallo style bar, sia può far parte dello stesso style bar (es. retina o plexiglass tra i due archetti dietro i sedili dello style bar).
