Mi aggancio a questo 3d perché ho una NA 1.8 e stavo valutando le stesse cose.
Mi sembra di capire che al posteriore tanto vale lasciare la barra stock OEM mentre all'anteriore, anche se il 1.8 ha il telaietto di rinforzo, mettere una barra inferiore migliora inserimento.
Ho visto su internet che le più diffuse sono Godspeed, Ultra racing e H&R. Materiali diversi tra loro e anche spessori. Vai a capire quali sono fatte meglio...
