Hey everyone!

I'm sure all of you will enjoy this offer I worked out with Simon @ Jenvey Dynamics.

Many of us wanted a neat IRTB kit but couldn't find anything near plug and play.

Well, Jenvey listened to us and made IRTB manifolds for NA 1.6 & NB 1.8 (NA 1.8 being tested at the moment).

I've talked with an electronic engineer who's actually making plug and play MegaSquirt for major Miata tuners and he could make a setup for the JENVEY IRTB users.
Basically, this person owns a 2002 Miata and does have JENVEY IRTB on his vehicle. He can make a customer's ECU based on his requirements based on the MS2V3:
-Alternator control
-P/S Idle up
-A/C Idle up
-Progressive overheating warning through CEL
-800/1000rpm idle with/out A/C
-A/C cutoff at WOT and/or high RPM
-Basemap for JENVEY IRTB
... and the list goes on.

The ECU will be made to order so it fits your car and has the options you need. The maker told me he can make it so your car doesn't feel like a sketchy race car, but like if it was OEM and comfortable.

Hallo,
I have some questions for you?

A) Which sensors it is necessary to replace and are there in the kit?
B) And for the sensor air flow?
C) How to resolve for the booster brake vacuum?
D) For the Idle air circuit? Is there in the kit a adaptor for runnning the OEM idle control valve, that, as for the idle circuit, it will controlled by new ecu?
E) For the fuel rail and the injectors?
F) Is possible to take the intake manifold with surface all polished?
F) Another modifications?

It's a great product, however, we can buy it for less money in UK, saving on shipment and custom taxes as well...

F) Is possible to take the intake manifold with surface all polished? I *guess* it may be possible, however, I am not sure. Right now, the black is the only option, but I'll check if that's an option if you really want it.
F) Another modifications? No, all you may need is a WIDEBAND (ie: AEM UEGO) to know your air/fuel pressure, but if you have the car professionally tuned, they will use one themselves.

Our kit would ship from UK directly, so cheap shipping and no customs whatsoever. Jenvey does not offer the same kit as we do (full kit with everything needed), it is why it's cheaper on their site. They just offer the throttle bodies and manifold. Also, we offer an ECU package that they don't and finally, if you can have it cheaper at Jenvey, we will gladly match the price.

I think you will need to swap the injectors as they will not be able to flow enough fuel for the engine. As its gone up about 40% in power I don’t think the injectors will be suitable.

The manifolds have bosses on them which you can drill for the brake booster.

As for the NB 1.6L kit, the only we can offer would be the NA 1.6L manifold and you *might* need modifications. We don't know the NB 1.6L enough to confirm it'll fit perfectly.

Max can you please contact Jenvey and ask? Here in europe we are a lot with 1.6 NB. It can be very interesting to know. I.e. the exhaust side is exactly the same, but I don't know anything about intake side!
