La forma non è legata al tipo di alimentazione ma alla necessità di garantire flussaggi ottimali.

Conta solamente il rapporto di compressione. 9.4:1 è un valore tipico di motori sovralimentati.

Il miglior modo per ottenere rapidamente sensibili abbassamenti di rc penalizzando i flussi/riempimento (tanto ci butti kg di aria ad 1.x bar) è svuotare il pistone al centro.
