edit 2: ho finalmente trovato la quadra. essendo la velocità di lampeggio una questione di wattaggio assorbito ho rimediato correggendo la velocità leggermente sopra la norma montando delle lampade a led più potenti (e quindi con un consumo maggiore rispetto ad altri led ma pari o leggermente inferiore alle alogene)

ora è tutto perfetto! nessuna modifica necessaria all’impianto e nessun errore
