ho sempre usato il metodo descritto da rava86 ma senza allentare le corde freno a mano, e mai avuto problemi.
una volta regolata la brugola posteriore fino a sentire le pastiglie a contatto (frenato) svito di circa 1/2 giro, fine, rimonto il tutto.
