Anche io avevo questo problema.. ho sostituito tutti e 4 i dischi le pastiglie e ho fatto revisionare la pinza..
le forti vibrazioni nel mio caso erano causate dalla pinza sinistra che restava leggermente "Frenata" e innescava forti vibrazioni che si avvertivano sul volante e nell' abitacolo! adesso è tutto Ok!
